Beachcomber Bay
This room derives its name from the bay that guests view across the lake from our home. Guests can enjoy their evening from a private balcony in their room; the views over the
lake are wonderful, you can often watch the osprey fishing just off our dock or in the evening enjoy the city lights reflecting in the water. The sounds of the lake, the waves lapping in the evening will ensure that you have a great rest.

Commonage Room
The Commonage Room looks up at the grasslands of the Commonage and receives morning sun – it has a beautiful full king bed. We refer to this room as the "friend and family room" because it is only rented out in conjunction with one of the other rooms. It does not have its own bathroom – so whoever rents this room shares the bathroom with their friends and family.
Common Room
This room has a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee machine for the convenience of our guests. It also has a small table couch and TV. This just allows the guests to make themselves small snacks and drinks without having to go to the main kitchen. We have found that many of the guests prefer to have a little quiet time in private, so this area is well equipped for your convenience.
Guest Floor
The entire floor is also available for rental - this includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with the common area at a rate of $350.00 per night and a maximum of six persons. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights for the full floor rental.
